Tablescape with custom Irish wildflower centrepieces which include grass plants for replanting after the wedding.
S & R were married in early June at Dunmore House Hotel near Clonakilty. They had an outdoor ceremony on the cliffside, and afterwards celebrated with their family and friends in the venue.
We created their floral suite entirely with locally grown Irish grown cut flowers and foliage, adding in whole plants of festuca grass and white hydrangea for the couple to plant in their garden after the wedding. We used biodegradable Sideau foam as the mechanic in their arrangements to minimise environmental impact.
The couple had asked for their florals to look as though they had simply been scooped up from the roadside, but of course in a curated way!
The bridal bouquet featured Irish grown cosmos, larkspur, cobea, grasses, nigella seed pods, dahlia, sweetpea, poppies and thalictrum.
The men’s buttonholes with agapanthus, sweetpea tendrils, larkspur and sweet rocket seed pods.

The aisle with meadow arrangements, each meadow was made in 2 sections so that they could be repurposed as tablecentres after the ceremony. We built a ground arch on the ceremony plinth.

The Ocean Suite. The couple chose to have a round top table (right centre). We restyled the aisle meadows split in half on each guest table, and added two sections to the top table.
We restyled the plinth arrangement into the bay window behind the top table.
