I have been very busy the past few days uploading some of our hundreds of weddings that we have had the pleasure of working on here to our blog! We often take a lot of photos and video clips of our work and although we share some on our Instagram and website, not all of them get posted, especially not grouped together. I realised that many people might like to see them, even though they are not professional quality, especially when they show how the flowers work at particular venues, and how they are restyled from a ceremony to a venue, for example from Clonakilty Church to The Fernhill House Hotel.

As I have been posting, I have also thought that it would be helpful to know what you can expect to invest (currently, November 2026) for similar floral suites from us. I have noticed both this year and last year that often couples come with an initial budget to us, and most times, end up spending significantly more than they had initially anticipated on their flowers.

Flowers cost a lot of money. They are a luxury item. The flowers that we choose for weddings are most often the highest quality, premium blooms; certainly not those you would find in a supermarket bunch and even unlikely that you would typically buy in a good flower shop. If you want your wedding to look and feel considered, beautiful and luxurious (both on the day, and in your photos forever after) then flowers truly are the key.

Many of the weddings you will see here on the blog, which include bridal party flowers, ceremony flowers with a feature such as a ground arch or plinth arrangements, and a restyle to the reception have cost between €2500 and €6000 including service and delivery charges. They are what we call Full Service weddings. In 2026 our Full Service weddings have had a minimum investment of €2500 and upwards, and from 2027 we are increasing this to €3000 and upwards (this figure is more realistic as to what is a minimum requirement to create the look that couples associate with our weddings).

For a beautiful, impactful amount of flowers for your wedding party, ceremony and to restyle to your reception we currently recommend to budget €3500 to €6000+

This is the amount that we have mostly worked with on this years Full Service weddings.

For smaller budgets we do have options also.

Our Studio Collection is easily transportable wedding party, ceremony and reception flowers that you can collect from our studio the day before the wedding day and you can look after all the transport and logistics yourselves. This is available from April through September each year with no minimum investment requirement meaning you can order just a bouquet if you wish, or bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony flowers….

In March, October and November there is a minimum order requirement of €800+ for the studio collection - during these months we depend on flowers imported from the Dutch flower market and we will ourselves have to full a minimum order.

We also have The Ceremony Collection - wedding party flowers and a selection of ceremony flowers that we delivery and set up to one address within a 30 minute drive of our studio. This option starts from €1500+ excluding delivery and set up charge (€1650+ including delivery & set up). For larger wedding flower orders, such as those required for marquee events or for exclusive hire venues we recommend allocating floral budgets of €6000 to €20000+

Table centrepieces with a beautifully designed, abundant floral centrepiece, candles, and possibly a few styling extras generally require a budget of €250+ per round table, or €1000+ for a banquet style table (depending on how many are seated at the table).

So you can imagine how quickly things might add up, most occasions have approx 10 to 20 round tables…..

Service and delivery charges reflect the amount of work involved in these larger flower orders, we often have multiple florists and assistants working for days on these events, we may need to hire larger vans to move everything from A to B, and even stay overnight locally to your venue.
Typically there is also months of planning and consultation work involved in larger flower orders, along with site visits, the creation of bespoke moodboards and quotations, and carefully designed order lists.
